摘 要:对深冷与未深冷处理的CuCoBeZr电极对镀铝锌板进行电阻点焊试验,对比2种电极的寿命,观测点焊过程与电极端面形貌,分析深冷处理电极对电极寿命的影响。结果表明:深冷处理6 h以上电极点焊镀铝锌钢板后电极端面直径、熔核直径变化小,电极寿命约为原始未处理电极的1倍以上。寿命提高的原因在于深冷处理能够抑制电极表层Cu-Zn,Cu-Al合金化进程,提高了CuCoBeZr电极的导电性能和导热性能。The resistance spot welding test of CuCoBeZr electrode with and without cryogenic treatment on Al Zn plated sheet was carried out,the life of the two electrodes was compared,the spot welding process and electrode end face morphology were observed,and the influence of cryogenic treatment electrode on electrode life was analyzed.The results showed that the electrode end face diameter and nugget diameter changed little after electrode spot welding of aluminum zinc plated steel plate after cryogenic treatment for more than 6 hours,and the electrode life approximately one time that of the original untreated electrode.The reason for the increased life was that cryogenic treatment could inhibit the Cu-Zn and Cu-Al alloying process of the electrode surface layer,and improved the conductivity and thermal conductivity of CuCoBeZr electrode.
