速效救心丸联合氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨速效救心丸联合氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取黄冈市中心医院于2020年1月—2023年2月收治的120例变异型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组患者口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,10 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服速效救心丸,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗1个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮和内皮素-1水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组(83.33%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项中医症候积分改善程度较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6和内皮素-1水平明显降低,而一氧化氮水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论速效救心丸联合氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效,且对患者的血管内皮功能和炎症状态均有较好的改善作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with amlodipine in treatment of variant angina pectoris.Methods Patients(120 cases)with variant angina pectoris in Huanggang Central Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control(60 cases)and treatment(60 cases)group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodipine Besilate Tablets,10 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills on the basis of the control group,5 pills/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,and the symptom relief times,the TCM syndrome scores,serum CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6,nitric oxide and endothelin-1 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and endothelin-1 in two groups were significantly decreased,while the level of nitric oxide in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with amlodipine has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of variant angina pectoris,and which can improve the vascular endothelial function and inflammatory status.
