基于脾肾同治理论选穴电针联合缩泉胶囊治疗女性膀胱过度活动症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察基于脾肾同治理论选穴联合缩泉胶囊治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床效果。方法:70例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均口服缩泉胶囊,治疗组加用电针。结果:治疗后各项指标治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于脾肾同治理论选穴电针及缩泉胶囊治疗女性膀胱过度活动症效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint selection based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney combined with Suoquan Capsule in the treatment of overactive bladder.Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with Suoquan Capsule,and the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture.Results:After treatment,the indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney,electroacupuncture and Suoquan Capsule are effective in the treatment of female overactive bladder.
