化痰通络汤结合辅助训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰通络汤联合辅助训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果。方法:113例随机分为对照组56例和观察组57例。两组均行辅助训练,观察组加用化痰通络汤。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CSS评分低于对照组、且BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆黏度等指标均下降,且观察组下降大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PSQI评分低于对照组、CAPS-15评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络汤联合辅助训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with auxiliary training in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 113 cases were randomly divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(57 cases).Both groups were given auxiliary training,and the observation group were treated with Huatan Tongluo Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and BI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the CAPS-15 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with auxiliary training is effective and safe in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.
