中药内服结合穴位埋线治疗中风后痰瘀互结型失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服结合穴位埋线治疗中风后痰瘀互结型失眠的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组用中药内服结合穴位埋线治疗,对照组用艾司唑仑片治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服结合穴位埋线治疗中风后痰瘀互结型失眠疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of insomnia of phlegm and blood stasis type after stroke.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding while the control group were treated with estazolam tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding is effective in treating insomnia of phlegm and blood stasis type after stroke.
