肤痔清软膏联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肤痔清软膏与丙酸氟替卡松乳膏联用治疗神经性皮炎的效果。方法:60例随机分成对照组和观察组。两组均用丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗,观察组加用肤痔清软膏。结果:观察组总有效率86.67%、对照组56.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组瘙痒程度、生活质量及皮损面积和严重程度均改善,且观察组评分改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肤痔清软膏联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with Fluticasone Propionate Cream in the treatment of Neurodermatitis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with Fluticasone Propionate Cream,and the observation group were treated with Fuzhiqing Ointment.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%in the observation group and 56.67%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the itching degree,quality of life,skin lesion area and severity of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with Fluticasone Propionate Cream is effective in the treatment of neurodermatitis.
