针刺联合超短波理疗治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合超短波理疗治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)的效果。方法:84例分为参照组和研究组各42例,两组均用针刺治疗,研究组加用超短波理疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于参照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组FMA、MBI评分高于参照组而VAS、水肿程度评分低于参照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组SEP N9、SEP N20、SSR潜伏期低于参照组而SEP N9、SEP N20、SSR波幅高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合超短波理疗治疗SHS效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy on shoulderhand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into the reference group and the study group,42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the study group were treated with ultrashort wave therapy in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and MBI scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,while the VAS and edema scores were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of SEP N9,SEP N20 and SSR in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,while the amplitude of SEP N9,SEP N20 and SSR was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy is effective in the treatment of SHS.
