龙氏正骨联合经颅磁刺激治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙氏正骨联合经颅磁刺激治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:100例分为3组,经颅磁刺激组用经颅磁刺激治疗,龙氏正骨组用龙氏正骨手法治疗,联合治疗组用龙氏正骨结合经颅磁刺激治疗。结果:3组量表评分均有所上升,经颅磁刺激组和龙氏正骨组的量表评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合治疗组量表评分高于经颅磁刺激组和龙氏正骨组(P<0.05)。经颅磁刺激组总有效率为70.00%,龙氏正骨组总有效率为69.44%,联合治疗组总有效率为91.17%,经颅磁刺激组和龙氏正骨组总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)但低于联合治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨联合经颅磁刺激治疗颈性眩晕可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Long‘s bonesetting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into three groups.The transcranial magnetic stimulation group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation.The Long‘s bone-setting group were treated with Long‘s bone-setting manipulation.The combined treatment group were treated with Long’s bone-setting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation.Results:The scale scores of the three groups increased,and there was no significant difference in the scale scores between the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long’s bonesetting group(P>0.05).The scale score of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long’s bonesetting group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 70.00%in the transcranial magnetic stimulation group,69.44%in the Long bone-setting group and 91.17%in the combined treatment group.There was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long bone-setting group(P>0.05),and both were significantly lower than the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long’s bonesetting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation could improve the curative effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
