温针灸联合中药热盐包烫熨治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合中药热盐包烫熨治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:72例分为对照组和实验组各36例。两组均用温针灸治疗,实验组联合中药热盐包烫熨。结果:总有效率对照组为72.22%、实验组为97.22%,两组比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率对照组为30.56%、实验组为8.33%,两组比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NRS、ODI、PII评分均降低(P<0.05),且实验组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合中药热盐包烫熨治疗腰背肌筋膜炎效果较好,复发率低。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into control group and experimental group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with warm acupuncture,and the experimental group were combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag.Results:The total effective rate was 72.22%in the control group and 97.22%in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 30.56%in the control group and 8.33%in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NRS,ODI and PII in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag is effective in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis,with low recurrence rate.
