除风解郁法治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔癣临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察除风解郁法治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔癣的临床疗效。方法:75例按照随机数字表法分为观察组38例和对照组37例。观察组给予越鞠丸加减口服及复方樟脑霜外涂,对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪及复方樟脑霜外涂治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损形态总积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损形态各项评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:越鞠丸加减口服联合复方樟脑霜外涂治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔癣效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chufeng Jieyu method in the treatment of localized chronic simple lichen.Methods:Seventy-five cases were divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to random number table.The observation group were treated with modified Yueju Pills orally and compound camphor cream externally,while the control group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride orally and compound camphor cream externally.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of skin lesion morphology in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesion morphology in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yueju Pills combined with compound camphor cream is effective in the treatment of localized chronic simple lichen.
