苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗感染后反复发作性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗感染后反复发作性咳嗽的效果。方法:109例按照随机数字表法分为研究组55例和对照组54例,两组均用沙美特罗替卡松治疗,研究组加用苏黄止咳胶囊。结果:研究组总有效率、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和咳嗽生活质量(LCQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率、咳嗽症状积分表(CSS)评分、降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,止咳时间、鼻塞缓解时间和咽痛咽痒消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗感染后反复发作性咳嗽效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of recurrent cough after infection.Methods:A total of 109 cases were divided into the study group(55 cases)and the control group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with salmeterol fluticasone and the study group were additionally treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsules.Results:The total effective rate,immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and cough quality of life(LCQ)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,cough symptom score(CSS)score,procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The cough relief time,nasal congestion relief time and sore throat disappearance time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Capsule combined with salmeterol fluticasone is effective in the treatment of recurrent cough after infection.
