益气活血汤辅治冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血汤辅治冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的效果。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组均口服尼可地尔治疗,观察组加用益气活血汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组LVEF高于对照组而LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后心绞痛发作次数少于对照组而持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组而CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后胸痛、胸闷、气短及乏力积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤辅治冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Qi-benefiting and Blood-activating Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oral nicorandil,and the observation group were treated with Qi-benefiting and Blood-activating Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-benefiting and Blood-activating Decoction could improve the curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
