肛周脓肿术后应用中药洗剂配合紫草油纱条引流临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药洗剂配合紫草油纱条引流用于肛周脓肿术后的效果。方法:151例随机分为两组,对照组75例给予紫草油纱条引流,观察组76例给予益气养血洗液冲洗配合紫草油纱条引流。结果:观察组相较于对照组创面情况各指标均更低(P<0.05),两组术后7d相较于术后当日NPY、5-HT、P物质、IL-6、IL-8降低(P<0.05),同时间观察组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血洗液冲洗配合紫草油纱条引流可促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合,调节其血清致痛因子和炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with lithospermum oil gauze drainage for perianal abscess after operation.Methods:A total of 151 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Seventy-five cases in the control group were given shikonin gauze drainage while seventy-six cases in the observation group were given Yiqi Yangxue lotion washing combined with shikonin gauze drainage.Results:The indexes of wound condition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NPY,5-HT,substance P,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups on the 7 th day after operation were lower than those on the day after operation(P<0.05).At the same time,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxue Lotion washing combined with Lithospermum oil gauze drainage could promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery and regulate the levels of serum pain-causing factors and inflammatory factors.
