摘　　要：B油田在用的反相破乳剂BHQ-125已不能满足现场要求。为降低下舱污水含油值,保障注水安全,通过室内评选及现场跟踪试验,得到满足油田需求的反相破乳剂BHQ-335。现场中试及放大试验结果表明,BHQ-335清水效果优异,一级分离器(V-101A/B)下舱污水含油由2000×10^(-6)降低至1000×10^(-6)以下,二级分离器(V-102A/B)下舱污水含油降低至100×10^(-6)以下,核桃壳过滤器反洗频次明显降低,且电脱水器电流稳定,实现了药剂换型,解决了现场下舱污水水质含油过高的问题。The reverse-phase demulsifier BHQ-125used in B oilfield can not meet the field requirements.In order to reduce the oil content of the lower tank and ensure the safety of the water injection,BHQ-335has been developed.Site pilot and large test shows that BHQ-335was excellent:the first class separator(V-101A/B)lower tank sewage oil has been reduced from 2000×10^(-6) to 1000×10^(-6) below,the secondary separator(V-102A/B)lower tank sewage oil has been reduced to 100×10^(-6) below,the walnut shell filter backwash frequency has been obvious reduced,and the electric dehydrator current keep stability,achieves the goals to reduce the oil content of the sewage oil.
