摘　　要：锌元素作为动物体内的必需微量元素,在奶牛生理代谢及生产实践中具有重要的作用。日粮中添加适量锌能够在保障奶牛健康的前提下提升牛奶的品质。文章阐述了日粮中添加不同形式的锌对奶牛生产性能、乳锌含量及健康的影响,讨论奶牛锌推荐饲喂量、富锌牛奶标准,为锌元素在奶牛生产中的应用、生产富含锌牛奶提供参考。As an essential trace element,zinc plays an important role in the physiological metabolism and production practice of dairy cows.Adding the appropriate amount of zinc in the diet can improve the quality of milk under the premise of ensuring the health of dairy cows.The article expounds the effect of different forms of zinc added to the diet on the production performance,milk zinc content,and health of dairy cows,and discusses the standard of zinc feeding the amount for dairy cows and the declaration standard of zinc-rich milk,to provide reference for the application of zinc in the production of dairy cows and the production of zinc-rich milk.
