摘  要:为适应数据中心、电子信息产业等新型工业大用户接网的需求,提出了针对该类工业大用户接网方案的评价方法。在原有评估接网方案技术与经济性的基础上,考虑了该类大用户负荷发展的不确定性,将新型工业大用户接网规划方案对未来电网发展的适应性纳入评价体系,针对性地提出了最大供电半径和最大可能失负荷量两个指标来衡量规划方案对未来电网的适应性,并基于层次分析法实现接网方案的综合评估。最后结合实际案例,分析了所提出面向新型工业大用户接网方案的评价方法的合理性及有效性。In order to meet the needs of new industrial large users such as data center and electronic information industry,an evaluation method for such industrial large users is proposed.On the basis of the original evaluation of the technology and economy of the grid access scheme,the uncertainty of the load development of the large users is considered,and the adaptability of the new industrial large user grid access planning scheme to the future development of the power grid is included in the evaluation system.Two indexes of power supply radius and maximum possible load loss are proposed to measure the adaptability of the planning scheme to the future power grid,and the comprehensive evaluation of the grid access scheme is realized based on the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method for the grid access scheme for new industrial large users are analyzed based on practical cases.
