摘 要:张北—雄安1 000 kV特高压交流输变电工程线路4S004,4S005跨越乌龙沟长城,两基塔高均超过200 m,是送变电行业山区施工地形最险峻、塔高最高的高跨塔。将山区超高钢管塔组立新方法分解为抱杆本体选择及施工方法确定两部分,采用座地单动臂抱杆完成铁塔组立,实现了输电线路在复杂山区地形使用大型机械组装重型抱杆组塔施工,提高了施工效率,为今后山区超高钢管塔的组立施工积累了经验。Zhangbei-Xiongan 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation line project 4S004 and 4S005 span the Wulonggou Great Wall,and the heights of the two towers are more than 200 m;therefore,they are high span towers with the most precipitous mountain construction terrain and the highest tower height in the current power transmission industry.The research on the new erection method of ultra-high steel pipe tower in mountainous areas is divided into two parts:the selection of the derrick and the determination of the construction method.The tower assembly was completed by using the single boom derrick on the pedestal.The transmission line was constructed in the complex mountainous terrain by using large machinery to assemble the heavy pole tower,improving the construction efficiency,and accumulating experience for the future construction of ultrahigh steel pipe tower in mountainous areas.
