摘 要:在国家加快推进“双碳”目标下,电网所承担的使命和责任愈发突出。电网的安全稳定运行与高质量服务在电力供应中起到了坚实的保障作用,同时其作为能源电力平台的作用也愈发显著。新形势下对电网设备管理提出了更高要求,电网设备精益管理面临着巨大的挑战。因此,深化电网设备精细精益管理理念变革创新,提高提质增效发展需求,打造具有鲜明特色的现代设备管理体系意义重大。结合当前电网设备管理形势梳理,系统提出了现代设备管理体系内涵,明确了电网现代设备管理体系发展中的问题,并对未来发展方向进行了展望,有助于提升电网企业设备管理水平,实现设备管理提质增效,进而保证电网的安全稳定运行。Under the development of"double carbon"target,the responsibility and supporting role of the power grid are becoming more prominent.The power grid,plays an increasingly significant role as an energy and power platform,and the safe and stable operation of the power grid and high-quality service have played a solid role in guaranteeing the power supply.The new situation has put forward higher requirements for power grid equipment management,and the lean management of power grid equipment faces great challenges.It is urgent to deepen the reform and innovation of the fine and lean management concept of power grid equipment and improve the quality and efficiency development.It is of great significance to create a modern equipment management system with distinctive characteristics.Combined with the current situation of power grid equipment management,the functions of modern equipment management system is systematically proposed,the development problems of modern equipment management system of power grid are clearly defined,and the future development direction is expected,which can effectively support the improvement of equipment management level of power grid enterprises,achieve the quality and efficiency of equipment management,and ensure the safe and stable operation ofpowergrid.
