摘 要:为了提高2250mm薄板热连轧控制精度,设计了一种面向辊间接触压力的薄板热连轧窜辊控制策略优化方法。采用理论模型测试2250mm热连轧工作辊的耐磨能力,通过设置产线轧辊、窜辊参数来获得所需的工作辊磨损状态,而制备得到具备特定耐磨性的热连轧辊。研究结果表明:通过耐磨修形工作辊以及变接触支撑辊相结合方式来控制最大辊间接触压力,形成更均匀的辊间接触压力,获得稳定的板形结构。对薄板热连轧窜辊策略优化,消除严重磨损区之间的叠加情况,确保窜辊周期内形成均匀窜辊值。应用验证结果表明能够促进磨损箱体峰值显著下降,实现了箱体均匀性的显著提升,轧制长度则提高了39%左右,各侧区域都出现了猫耳高度的降低。本研究的基于辊形优化2250mm薄板热连轧窜辊策略具有很好的应用效果。In order to improve the control precision of 2250 mm hot strip rolling,an optimization method of roll shifting control strategy is designed based on the contact pressure between rolls.A theoretical model was used to test the wear-resisting ability of 2250 mm hot continuous rolling roll.By setting the parameters of the production line roll and roll shifting,the required work roll wear state was obtained,and the hot continuous rolling roll with specific wear resistance was prepared.The results show that the maximum contact pressure between the rollers can be controlled by the combination of wear-resistant repair work roll and a variable contact support roll to form a more uniform contact pressure between the rollers and obtain a stable plate structure.The strategy of roll channeling in hot continuous rolling is optimized to eliminate the superposition between serious wear areas and ensure the uniform value of roll channeling in the cycle.The application verification results show that the peak value of the wear box decreases significantly,the uniformity of the box is improved significantly,the rolling length is increased by about 39%,and the height of the cat ear decreases in each side area.The proposed roll shape optimization 2250 mm sheet hot rolling roll channeling strategy has shown good application performance.
