摘  要:实现高精度检测是光学检测平台研制中的关键技术,负载安装面及导轨平面的应变值是影响检测精度的重要因素。设计时,需校核检测平台在动态工作中负载安装面及承载滑块导轨平面的应变值,论证应变值是否满足系统检测精度要求。传统的分析方法将结构当作刚体无法求解该类问题,需要将结构考虑成柔性体,从而计算某处的应变值。基于ADAMS与ANSYS环境建立了光学检测平台刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,通过该模型进行了动力学仿真求解,计算出两结构薄弱位置的应变值,校核了负载平台和导轨刚度,并通过实物实验验证了仿真分析结果。High precision detection is the key technology in the development of optics detection platform,strain in the load mounting surface and the guide plane are important factors affecting the detection accuracy.It is necessary to check the strain in the load mounting surface and the bearing guide plane of the testing platform during dynamic work,and demonstrate whether the strain meets the requirement of system detection accuracy.Traditional analysis methods cannot solve this type of problem by treating the structures as a rigid body,the structure needs to be considered as a flexible body to calculate the strain at a certain position.In this paper,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of a linear motion detection platform is established based on ADAMS and ANSYS environment.The dynamics simulation is carried out by the model,strain values at the weak positions of the two structures are calculated,the stiffness of the load platform and guide rail are checked,and the simulation results are verified by the experiment.
