摘 要:饲草揉碎机工作过程中锤片极易磨损,锤片钝化不仅影响饲草加工质量、降低生产效率,且转子上锤片的不均匀磨损还会使其质心偏移,进而产生不平衡振动与辐射噪声。为了探究饲草揉碎机转子锤片的磨损规律,本文采用CFD-DEM与Archard磨损模型耦合方法研究转子锤片的磨损规律,采用正交试验法与偏最小二乘法研究饲草揉碎机结构参数与工作参数对转子磨损影响规律基础上,建立锤片最大磨损量与转子质心偏移量数学模型。研究表明:揉碎机转子的磨损部位主要集中在锤片和抛送叶片上,锤片磨损最为明显。同一锤架板上3个锤片磨损量数值模拟结果与参考文献实测的磨损量相对误差分别为1.09%、2.50%和3.54%,说明基于Archard模型所建立的锤片磨损仿真模型是准确的。影响转子最大磨损量的主次因素顺序分别为物料喂入量、转子转速与锤片数,锤片的排列方式对转子最大磨损量的影响不大。对转子质心偏移量影响程度中物料喂入量占比48.66%,锤片数占比33.94%,转子转速占比17.40%。该研究可为饲草揉碎机锤片磨损规律与减轻锤片磨损研究提供参考与基础。The hammer is easy to wear during the operation of the forage crusher.The passivation of the hammer not only affects the processing quality of the forage and reduces the production efficiency,but also the uneven wear of the hammer on the rotor will make its centroid offset,thus generating unbalanced vibration and noise.In order to explore the wear of the rotor hammer in the forage crusher,this paper adopts the coupling method of CFD-DEM and Archard wear model to study the wear of the rotor hammer,and adopts the orthogonal test method and partial least square method to study the influence of the structural parameters and working parameters of the straw crusher on the rotor wear.The mathematical models of maximum hammer wear and rotor centroid offset are established.The research shows that the wore parts of the crusher rotor are mainly concentrated on the hammer and the throwing blade,and the hammer wear is the most obvious.The relative errors between the numerical simulation results of three hammer wear values on the same hammer frame plate and the measured wear values in the references are 1.09%,2.50%and 3.54%,respectively,indicating that the hammer wear simulation model based on the Archard model is accurate.The main and secondary factors influencing the maximum wear of the rotor are the feeding amount of material,the rotor speed and the number of hammers.The arrangement of the hammer has litle effect on the maximum wear of the rotor.In the degree of influence on the rotor centroid offset,the feeding amount of material accounted for 48.66%,the number of hammer pieces accounted for 33.94%,and the rotor speed accounted for 17.40%.This study can provide reference and basis for the study of hammer wear and reducing hammer wear of forage crushers.
