摘 要:西部原油管网中的ZLMIP系列鲁尔泵在长期运行中,其防松键和键槽分别出现了剪切断裂和疲劳变形的问题,这严重影响了鲁尔泵的安全高效运行。零件常见的剪切断裂和变形主要是因为受载过大、振动以及疲劳损伤,利用Ansys对ZLMIP系列鲁尔泵进行了Static Structural、Modal以及Random Vibration三个模块的仿真模拟;仿真模拟分析结果表明:在额定工作转速下,ZLMIP系列鲁尔泵不会与外界激振力产生共振,但随机振动会带来一部分应力集中;而防松键受载工作时,局部等效应力偏大,防松键非常容易因载荷而剪切断裂。根据仿真结果,通过改变轴-键配合形式,将防松键的抗剪面积从100mm^(2)提升至189mm^(2),增加其装配稳定性的方式,对ZLMIP530/06型鲁尔泵的防松键进行了优化设计并加以仿真检验,结果表明新设计的防松键已满足工作要求。此研究结果为其余ZLMIP系列鲁尔泵的防松键的优化升级提供了一定的参考。In the long-term operation of ZLM IP series Luer pumps in the western crude oil pipeline network,the anti-loose keys and keyways have exhibited shear fracture and deformation problems,which seriously affected the safe and efficient operation of Luer pumps.The common shear fracture and deformation of parts are mainly caused by excessive load,vibration and fatigue damage,so this paper uses Ansys to simulate the ZLM IP series Luer pump in three modules:Static Structural,Modal and Random Vibration.The simulation results show that the Luer pump will not resonate with the external excitation force at the rated working speed,but the random vibration will bring some stress concentration.When the anti-loose key works under load,the local equivalent stress is too large,and the anti-loose key is prone to shear fracture due to load.According to the simulation results,the anti-loose key of the ZLM IP 530/06 Luer pump is optimized and simulated by changing the shaft-key fit form,increasing the shear area of the anti-loose key to 189mm2,and increasing its assembly stability.The results show that the newly designed anti-loose key has met the working requirements.This research result provides a reference for the optimization of anti-loose keys of other ZLM IP series Luer pumps.
