摘 要:针对轧机系统动力学分析中忽略四列圆锥滚子轴承的柔性支撑作用,创新性的提出轧机轴承一体化思想,构建了轧机轴承一体化动力学模型,揭示了四列圆锥滚子轴承一工作辊一轴承座一体化系统的动态特性,考虑了轴承支撑的柔性作用并建立了一体化系统的非线性动力学模型,结合Riccati转换矩阵和New-mark-β法对动力学模型进行了数值模拟。采集生产一线的动态运行数据,搭建了工程测试实验平台并进行了一体化系统的动力学性能测试。结果表明:在轧制薄规格耐候钢时,稳态轧制阶段基本保持稳定,呈中心线对称波动形式,而咬钢和抛钢阶段呈现出巨大波动,加速度幅值可达4m/s^(2)。由于轴承座在机架窗口的限制,位移也呈现出0.4mm左右的对称波动。综合来看,数值模拟结果是一个包含多个方向的耦合运动,而实验结果是带有明确方向性的。研究为轧机四列圆锥滚子轴承制定维护保养策略、抑制轧机振动提供理论依据。Aiming at the neglection of the flexible support of the four-row tapered roller bearing in the dynamic analysis of the rolling mill system,the dynamic characteristics of the four-row tapered roller bearing-work roll-bearing housing integrated system are analyzed in this paper.The flexible effect of the bearing support is considered and a nonlinear dynamics model of the integrated system is developed.The dynamics model is simulated numerically by combining the Riccati transformation matrix and the Newmark-β method.An engineering test experiment platform is built to test the dynamic performance of the integrated system.The results show that in the rolling of thin weathering stel,the steady-state rolling stage mostly remains stable in the form of symmetric fluctuations around the center line,while the nibbling and throwing stages show large fluctuations in the acceleration amplitude of up to 4 m/s^(2),and the displacement also shows symmetric fluctuations of about 0.4 mm due to the limitation of the bearing seat in the frame window.The numerical simulation is a coupled motion containing multiple directions,while the test is with clear directionality.The study provides a reference for rolling bearing maintenance and suppression of mill vibration.
