摘 要:针对机械装备滑动摩擦副广泛存在的高强度摩擦自激振动,设计了结构简单的压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器并安装在滑动摩擦副上,以实现将摩擦自激振动能量转换为电能。通过在CETR摩擦磨损试验机上开展摩擦自激振动能量收集试验以及进行相应的有限元和数值仿真分析,验证设计的压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器的效果并分析其机理。结果表明,压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器输出电压的时域演变规律和频域特性与相应的摩擦自激振动信号一致,故设计的压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器可有效地将摩擦自激振动能量转换为电能,实现了摩擦自激振动能量的收集;法向载荷的增大使得输入摩擦系统的能量显著增强,导致摩擦副界面摩擦自激振动强度增大,从而增加了压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器的激励源强度,使其输出电压显著增大;在较大的法向载荷作用下压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器的输出电压最大值达到近4V且频率较高,可为低功率传感器提供电能供应。Aiming at the high-intensity friction-induced vibration(FIV)widely existing in the sliding friction pairs of mechanical equipment,a piezoelectric cantilever vibration energy collector(PCVEC)with a simple structure is designed and installed on the sliding friction pairs to convert the FIV energy into electrical energy.Through the FIV energy harvesting test,the corresponding finite element analysis and the numerical simulation analysis,the performance of the PCVEC is verified and its mechanism is analyzed.The results show that the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of the output voltage of the PCVEC are consistent with the corresponding FIV signals,so the designed PCVEC can effectively convert the FIV energy into electrical energy and realize the FIV energy harvesting.The increase of the normal load makes the energy input into the friction system significantly increase,leading to an increase of the FIV intensity of the friction pair interface,thus increasing the intensity of the excitation source of the PCVEC,and making its output voltage significantly increase.Under the action of large normal load,the maximum output voltage of the PCVEC reaches nearly 4 V and the frequency is high,which can provide power supply for low-power sensors.
