摘 要:针对装有AMT变速器的电动汽车所存在的传动效率低、换挡时动力传递中断、冲击大等问题,基于部件设计和生产模块化的思路,设计了一种双驱动三档AMT变速器。在对其基本结构和工作原理介绍的基础上,采用变密度的拓扑优化分析方法对箱体结构进行了优化分析,并结合箱体安装、冷却、润滑等实际使用要求,完成了箱体结构的优化,且利用有限元与多体分析相结合的方法、在考虑了轴承装配最大过盈量的基础上,对新结构的强度和模态特性进行了计算。试验及计算结果表明,在模态特性基本不变、强度性能满足要求的前提下,优化后箱体质量降低了3.3kg(轻量化率为10.6%),达到了产品轻量化设计目标。In view of the problems of electric vehicle equipped with AMT,such as low transmission efficiency,interruption of power transmission during shift,and large impact,etc.,a dual-drive three-shift AMT transmission for electric vehicles is designed based on the idea of component design and production modularization.Based on its basic structure and working principle,the topology optimization analysis of the junction box and the back cover is carried out using the variable density topology optimization analysis method.According to the practical requirements of box installation,lubrication and cooling,the optimal design of the box structure and the finite element strength and modal analysis of the new design structure are completed.Then,the strength and modal characteristics of the new structure are calculated by combining the finite element method with multi-body analysis,considering the maximum interference of the bearing assembly.The test and calculation results show that the weight of the optimized box body is reduced by 3.3kg(the lightweight ratio is 10.6%)under the premise that the modal characteristics are mostly unchanged and the strength performance meets the requirements,and the lightweight design target is achieved.
