摘  要:用高效液相色谱分析方法(HPLC)对硫虫酰胺悬浮液进行了分离与含量检测。高效液相色谱分析方法(HPLC),以乙腈-超纯水作为流动相,以C18为填充材料,以PDA为检测器,在230 nm波长,对样品中的硫虫酰胺进行了分离和定量测定。用本试验的硫虫酰胺测定法测定,其与对照品之间的关系为线性相关系数R2为0.99999,标准偏差为0.04,变异系数为0.38%。该方法的重现率可达99.68%。本方法简洁,迅速,分离结果优良,线性关系优良,准确度和精密度满足一定条件,可以应用于原药和制剂中的硫虫酰胺的定量测定。The separation and content detection of thiotraniliprole suspensions by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were carried out.Employing acetonitrile-ultra-pure water as mobile phase,C 18 as packing material,and PDA as detector,thiotraniliprole in the sample was separated and quantitatively determined at 230 nm.The coorelation between thiotraniliprole assay and the control exhibited a linear correlation coefficient R 2 of 0.99999,standard deviation of 0.04,and coefficient of variation of 0.38%.The method demonstrated high reproducibility at 99.68%.Given its simplicity,rapidity,excellent separation results,strong linear relationship,and meeting specified accuracy and precision conditions,the method is applicable for the quantitative determination of thiotraniliprole in original technical material and preparations.
