摘 要:为测试6.5%姜黄根茎提取物乳油防治甜瓜白粉病的田间药效,在内蒙古赤峰市和上海市松江区两地开展了田间药效试验,两地分别以植物源农药0.5%大黄素甲醚水剂和化学合成药剂400 g/L异丙噻菌胺悬浮剂为对照药剂。试验结果表明,在内蒙古试验点供试药剂稀释150、300、500倍的防治效果分别为77.63%、67.51%和58.16%,优于对照药剂0.5%大黄素甲醚水剂处理;上海试验点供试药剂稀释150、300、600倍的防治效果分别为84.89%、82.11%、78.87%,与400 g/L异丙噻菌胺悬浮剂处理没有显著差异;田间观察显示药剂对甜瓜植株没有药害。试验研究表明,供试药剂对甜瓜白粉病防治效果较好,是一种具有应用和推广潜力的植物源新农药。In order to evaluate the field efficacy of 6.5%turmeric rhizome extract emulsifiable concentrate in controlling powdery mildew on melons(Sphaerothecacucurbitae(Jacz.)Z.Y.Zhao),field efficacy trials were carried out in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Province,and Songjiang District,Shanghai City.Two commercialized fungicides,a botanical pesticide 0.5%Physcion aqueous solution and a synthetic chemical pesticide 400 g/L isofetamid suspension concentrates(SC),served as positive control agents.The results showed that the control effect of the tested fungicide at 150,300-and 500-times dilution were 77.63%,67.51%and 58.16%respectively,outperforming the control agent 0.5%Physcion aqueous solution in Chifeng City.In Shanghai,the control effects at 150-,300-and 600-times dilution were 84.89%,82.11%and 78.87%,showing no significant different from the 400 g/L isofetamid SC.Field observation showed no damage to melon plants from the test fungicide.Overall,the results of the field efficacy tests showed that the test fungicide was effective in controlling powdery mildew on melons.The findings suggest the potentiality of 6.5%turmeric rhizome extract emulsifiable concentrate as a new botanical pesticide for future application and promotion.
