藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂防治茶绿盲蝽田间药效试验

摘　　要：为确定藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂(藜芦胺)对防治茶绿盲蝽的效果,进行了不同浓度田间药效试验。结果表明,药后3 d,各处理防效和对照药剂防效均达最高值,0.5%藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂600倍液处理的防效最高,为80.43%,各处理与0.3%苦参碱水剂无显著差异。本试验结果总体来看,0.5%藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂防治茶绿盲蝽速效性、持效性相对较好,对茶园主要害虫茶小绿叶蝉也有较好的兼治作用;同时,对茶园主要益虫无明显不良影响。This study aimed to determine the effect of veratrol root and stem extract SL(veratrol)in controlling tea green bugs through field efficacy trials with varying concentrations.The results indicated that,after 3 days of treatment,the control effect of each treatment and the control agent peaked,a 600-fold solution of 0.5%resveratrol root and stem extract SL exhibited the highest control effect at 80.43%,with no significant difference between each treatment and compared to 0.3%matrine SL.Overall,the results of this experiment suggests that 0.5%resveratrol root and stem extract SL can serve as an effective solution for controlling tea green bugs,demonstrating both quick and sustained efficacy.
