摘　　要：河北省栽培历史悠久,区域优势明显,是我国葡萄主产区之一,在乡村振兴战略全面推进中迎来新的发展契机。基于葡萄全产业链,对河北省葡萄生产、区域分布与品种结构、成本效益、葡萄酒加工、旅游、消费等各环节进行系统分析,对其未来发展趋势做出科学判断。基于葡萄产业高质量发展目标,进一步剖析河北省葡萄产业发展存在的问题,表现为人工成本高、主栽品种单一、精深加工技术落后、“葡萄+”产业融合度不高、优质葡萄的有效供给不足等问题。最后,从葡萄品种、品牌、数字化、产业融合等角度提出针对性对策建议。Hebei Province has a long history of cultivation and obvious regional advantages,making it one of the main grape producing areas in China.It has ushered in new development opportunities in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the entire grape industry chain,a systematic analysis is conducted on various aspects of grape production,regional distribution and variety structure,cost-effectiveness,wine processing,tourism,consumption,etc.in Hebei Province,in order to make scientific judgments on its future development trend.Based on the goal of high-quality development of the grape industry,further analysis is conducted on the problems existing in the development of the grape industry in Hebei Province,including high labor costs,single main varieties,outdated deep processing technology,low integration of the‘grape+’industry,and insufficient effective supply of high-quality grapes.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of grape variety,brand,digitization,and industry integration.
