摘　　要：该研究阐述了我国食用菌标准的发展现状,分析了食用菌标准存在的问题,并为食用菌产业发展提出标准体系框架,以期为深入研究、制定食用菌标准提供参考依据。This study introduced the current development status of edible fungus standards in China,analyzed the problems existing in edible fungus standards,and proposed the framework for the development of the edible fungus industry,in order to provide reference for further research and formulation of edible fungus standards.
