摘 要:由于环境的复杂性和材料的离散性,混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀往往是非均匀的,而高锈蚀区段的存在直接影响着结构的力学性能。为研究纵向非均匀锈蚀钢筋混凝土简支梁的力学性能,使用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了90个纵向非均匀锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的精细有限元模型,重点分析了高锈蚀区钢筋锈蚀率差值、高锈蚀区长度和高锈蚀区位置3个参数对纵向非均匀锈蚀梁构件力学性能的影响。结果表明:高锈蚀区钢筋锈蚀率差值和高锈蚀区长度对梁的承载力和极限变形能力影响显著。高锈蚀区位置在梁上的变化易改变梁的破坏位置,引起梁破坏模式的转变。研究成果可为锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的抗震性能评估提供参考。Due to the complexity of the environment and the discreteness of materials,the corrosion of steel bars in reinforced concrete structure is usually non-uniform.The high corrosion zone directly affects the performance of the structure.To study the mechanical performance of longitudinal non-uniformly corroded reinforced concrete simply supported beams,the finite element models of 90 RC beams were established by using ABAQUS.The effects of corrosion ratio difference,length and position of high corrosion zone on the mechanical performance of longitudinal non-uniformly corroded RC beams were analyzed.It is found that the corrosion ratio difference and the length of high corrosion zone have significant effects on the bearing capacity and ultimate deformation capacity of the beam.The change of the position of the high corrosion zone on the beam can easily change the failure location of the beam and cause the change of the failure mode.The research results can be utilized for the evaluation of seismic performance of corroded reinforced concrete structures.
