摘　　要：辅助性肝移植是一种保留受者全部或部分肝脏的特殊移植术式,其可分为异位辅助性和原位辅助性肝移植。辅助性肝移植存在对供肝体积需求小,免疫排斥反应小、自体肝脏功能恢复后可以停用抗排斥药等优势,在临床上如能常规开展能极大缓解供肝来源不足的问题,使许多肝病患者获益。本文根据文献报道系统阐述辅助性肝移植术式发展和改进历程,以及不同术式优缺点,为临床上开展辅助性肝移植提供一定的理论参考。Auxiliary liver transplantation is a special type of transplantation that preserves all or part of the recipient’s liver.It can be divided into ectopic auxiliary liver transplantation and orthotopic auxiliary liver transplantation.Auxiliary liver transplantation has many advantages,such as small demand for donor liver size,small immune rejection reaction,and stopping anti-rejection drugs after the recovery of autologous liver function.If it can be routinely carried out in clinic,it can greatly alleviate the problem of insufficient donor liver source and benefit many patients with liver disease.In this paper,the development and improvement of ALT procedures,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different procedures are systematically described according to literature reports,so as to provide some theoretical references for the clinical implementation of auxiliary liver transplantation.
