摘　　要：团队精神是指成员之间相互协作,相互支持,相互信任,共同完成任务的精神状态。培养大学生团队精神,是学校管理层一项系统工程,也是教师应尽的一份责任。教师在传授知识的同时,也肩负着育人的任务。文章介绍了教师如何在全英语课程教学中引入团队、团队意识、团队精神的元素,如何在专业课程教学中的部分教学环节对学生进行团队精神的培养以及由此而引发的深层次思考。重点叙述了能够体现团队精神的协作学习在团队意识养成中的作用以及在实施过程中的一些有效做法,同时也对这些做法的有效性进行了评估。Team spirit refers to the collective mindset of members who collaborate,support each other,trust each other,and work together to complete tasks.Cultivating team spirit among university students is a comprehensive undertaking for school management and a responsibility of teachers,who not only impart knowledge but also educate students.This paper introduces how teachers can incorporate elements of teamwork,team awareness,and team spirit into English-taught courses,and how they can foster team spirit among students through various teaching activities in professional courses,along with the deep reflections that arise from these efforts.The paper focuses on the role of collaborative learning,which embodies team spirit,in fostering team awareness,and discusses effective practices in its implementation.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of these practices is also evaluated.
