九味消风散联合耳尖放血治疗面部皮炎对皮肤屏障功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察九味消风散联合耳尖放血治疗面部皮炎对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例。对照组予依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,治疗组予九味消风散联合耳尖放血治疗。结果:治疗后两组临床症状积分、皮肤屏障生理指标均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:九味消风散联合耳尖放血治疗面部皮炎能够改善面部皮炎临床症状和皮肤屏障功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiuwei Xiaofeng Powder combined with bloodletting at the tip of the ear on skin barrier function in the treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Ebastine Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets while the treatment group were treated with Jiuwei Xiaofeng Powder combined with bloodletting at the tip of the ear.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and skin barrier physiological indexes of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiuwei Xiaofeng Powder combined with bloodletting at the tip of the ear could improve the clinical symptoms and skin barrier function of facial dermatitis in the treatment of facial dermatitis.
