红藤汤内服联合盆腔炎汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀阻型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红藤汤内服联合盆腔炎汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀阻型的效果。方法:67例按随机数字表法分为对照组32例和观察组35例。两组均给予盆腔炎汤灌肠治疗,观察组加用红藤汤内服治疗。结果:治疗后观察组腰痛彻背、坠胀刺痛、白带异常、郁闷难纾积分及D-D、PV、血小板凝集率、IL-6、TNF-α、CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红藤汤内服联合盆腔炎汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀阻型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Hongteng Decoction combined with Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty-seven cases were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to random number table.Both groups were treated with Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction with enema,and the observation group was treated with Hongteng Decoction orally.Results:After treatment,the scores of low back pain,tingling,leucorrhea abnormality,depression and difficulty in relief,D-D,PV,platelet aggregation rate,IL-6,TNF-αand CD8+levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-10,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Hongteng Decoction combined with Pelvic Inflammatory Decoction with enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat and blood stasis type is better.
