针刀结合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀结合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:90例随机分为对照组1、对照组2和治疗组各30例。对照组1用针刀及黄戟壮骨汤内服,对照组2用针刀及筋骨消痛散外敷,治疗组用针刀及黄戟壮骨汤内服并筋骨消痛散外敷。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05)。3组VAS、JOA和ODI评分治疗前后组内比较,以及治疗后和随访时治疗组和对照组1、对照组2分别组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合中药治疗LDH疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group 1 were treated with acupotomy and Huangji Zhuanggu Decoction.The control group 2 were treated with acupotomy and Jingu Xiaotong Powder,and the treatment group were treated with acupotomy and Huangji Zhuanggu Decoction and Jingu Xiaotong Powder.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS,JOA and ODI scores among the three groups before and after treatment,between the treatment group and the control group 1 and between the treatment group and the control group 2 after treatment and during follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of LDH.
