清糜汤治疗复发性口疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清糜汤治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组用锡类散,治疗组用清糜汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后溃疡数目、溃疡天数与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前口疮复发时间(15.53±10.56)d,治疗后口疮复发时间(65.53±15.56)d,治疗后口疮复发时间与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前口疮复发时间(15.83±12.56)d,治疗后口疮复发时间(105.63±10.66)d,治疗后口疮复发时间与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后口疮复发时间组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清糜汤治疗复发性口疮疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingmi Decoction in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Xilei Powder while the treatment group were treated with Qingmi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of ulcers and the number of days of ulcers in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the recurrence time of aphthous ulcer before treatment was(15.53±10.56)d and the recurrence time of aphthous ulcer after treatment was(65.53±15.56)d.The recurrence time of aphthous ulcer after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the recurrence time of aphthous ulcer before treatment was(15.83±12.56)d and the recurrence time of aphthous ulcer after treatment was(105.63±10.66)d.The recurrence time of aphthous ulcer after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the recurrence time of aphthous ulcer between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingmi Decoction is effective in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
