十味温胆汤辅治男性性功能障碍效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十味温胆汤辅治男性性功能障碍的效果。方法:100例随机分为联合组和常规组各50例,两组均给予常规西药治疗,联合组加用十味温胆汤治疗。结果:总有效率联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后两组FSH、LH以及E2均下降,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组T均上升,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后两组IIEF-5各维度均上升,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:十味温胆汤辅治男性性功能障碍可改善性激素水平,促进性功能康复,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Shiwei Wendan Decoction in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into the combined group and the routine group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Shiwei Wendan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,FsH,LH and E2 in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).T in both groups increased,and that in the combined group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,all dimensions of IIEF-5 in the two groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shiwei Wendan Decoction can improve the level of sex hormones,promote the rehabilitation of sexual function in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction,with safety.
