摘  要:全球变暖和氮输入增加是全球变化的两大重要方面,对全球生态系统均有深刻的影响.为探究全球变暖和氮输入增加对天津滨海湿地不同深度土壤可培养细菌群落组成及多样性的影响,采集天津滨海湿地0-10 cm和10-20 cm的湿地原生态土壤进行模拟增温和增氮交互实验,分析不同处理间土壤理化性质指标、土壤可培养细菌数量、土壤可培养细菌群落组成和多样性的差异,应用冗余分析探究土壤细菌群落组成与土壤理化因子间的相关关系.结果表明:增温和增氮对天津滨海湿地不同深度土壤各理化性质指标有显著影响;增温使土壤可培养细菌数量增加,但对土壤可培养细菌群落多样性有负面影响;不同深度土壤的可培养细菌数量和多样性对增氮的响应有所不同,总体上0-10 cm土壤可培养细菌数量和多样性随氮输入的增加先升高再降低,10-20 cm土壤可培养细菌数量和多样性随氮输入增加而提高.揭示了滨海湿地土壤细菌群落对全球变暖和氮输入增加共同作用的响应特点,为更好保护滨海湿地土壤微生物群落,有效发挥其在滨海湿地生态系统中的功能提供了理论依据.Global warming and nitrogen input increase are two important aspects of global change that have important influences on ecosystems around the world.To investigate the effects of global warming and nitrogen input increase on the composition and diversity of culturable bacterial communities in soils at different depths in Tianjin coastal wetland,the soil samples at 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm depths were collected to conduct full-factorial experiments with simulated warming and nitrogen addition as the two factors,and the soil properties,the quantity of soil culturable bacteria,the composition and diversity of soil culturable bacteria community among different treatments were analyzed.Redundancy analysis was performed to explore the relationship between soil bacterial community composition and soil properties.The results showed that warming and nitrogen addition both had significant effects on soil properties at different depths,and had positive effects on the quantity of soil culturable bacteria.But they had negative effects on the diversity of soil culturable bacteria community.In general,the quantity and diversity of culturable bacteria in 0-10 cm soil increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen input,while the quantity and diversity of culturable bacteria in 10-20 cm soil increased with the increase of nitrogen input.This study revealed the combined effects of global warming and increased nitrogen input on soil microbial communities in coastal wetlands,providing the theoretical basis for better protection of soil microbial communities in coastal wetlands and effective exertion of their function in coastal wetland ecosystems.
