摘 要:[目的]以复合菌群建立高效降解CS2的生物滴滤塔(BTF),探究代谢产物对其去除效率的影响。[方法]通过测定胞外聚合物(EPS)、去除效率以及生物群落结构,综合分析产物浓度对BTF的影响。[结果]BTF挂膜仅需4 d,之后在低浓度条件下持续稳定运行48 d,进入高浓度条件时,BTF出现较高的耐酸性;当CS2浓度在1700 mg/m3,空塔停留时间(EBRT)26 s时,pH值1~6之间时CS2去除率≥86.1%,但当pH值下降至0.65以下时,CS2去除率出现骤降,仅有47.1%。此外生物硫积累会导致BTF去除效率下降。结合高通量测序技术,对BTF内细菌群落结构对外界环境因子的响应进行了研究。[结论]采用复合菌群构建的生物滴滤塔可高效去除CS2,pH值对生物群落交替与生物膜厚度有决定性影响。[Objective]Building a biotrickling filter(BTF)for efficient degradation of CS_2 with a composite bacterial colony and to investigate the effect of metabolites on its removal efficiency.[Method]The effect of product concentration on BTF was analyzed by measuring the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS),removal efficiency and the structure of the biological community.[Result]The BTF took only 4 days to hang the membrane,after which it continued to operate stably for 48 days under low concentration conditions,and when it entered high concentration conditions,the BTF out showed higher acid resistance;when the CS_2 concentration was at 1700 mg/m~3 and the empty bed residence time(EBRT)was 26 s,the CS_2 removal rate was above 86.1%between pH value 1-6,but when the pH value dropped to below 0.65,the CS_2 removal rate decreased abruptly to only 47.1%when the pH value dropped below 0.65.In addition,the accumulation of biosulfur leads to a decrease in BTF removal efficiency.The response of the bacterial community structure within the BTF to external environmental factors was investigated in combination with high-throughput sequencing technology.[Conclusion]The biotrickling filter constructed using composite bacterial communities can remove CS_2 efficiently,and pH value has a decisive effect on the alternation of biological communities and biofilm thickness.
