摘  要:硫醇-二硫化物具有调节细胞内氧化还原平衡的作用,其稳态的损伤不仅会加剧氧化应激的发展,还与多种疾病的致病机制相关。近年来,孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)中的硫醇-二硫化物也引起了越来越多的关注。该文首先对硫醇-二硫化物的分类和生物学功能进行阐述,以及ASD体内硫醇-二硫化物稳态的变化,分析了硫醇-二硫化物对ASD可能的作用机制,总结了硫醇-二硫化物在ASD致病机制中通过抗氧化防御、抗炎性反应和调节神经发育而发挥作用。Thiol-disulfides have a role in regulating intracellular redox homeostasis,and impairment of their homeostasis not only exacerbates the development of oxidative stress,but is also implicated in the pathogenesis of a number of diseases.In recent years,thiol-disulfides in autism spectrum disorders(ASD)have also attracted increasing attention.This paper firstly describes the classification and biological functions of thiol-disulfides and the changes in thiol-disulfide homeostasis in ASD,analyses the possible mechanisms of thiol-disulfide action in ASD,and concludes that thiol-disulfides play a role in the pathogenesis of ASD through antioxidant defense,anti-inflammatory responses and regulation of neurodevelopment.
