摘  要:我国中学生学习自主性整体偏低且存在随年级增高而下降的“畸变”问题,如何发展学生学习自主性成为了亟待研究的课题。在江苏和山东两省五所初中实施自然分材教学,结果表明其能够促进初中生学习自主性及各要素的发展。就性别论,男生和女生的学习自主性及各要素均得到了一定的发展,男生的发展程度略高于女生。就学业水平论,优生、中等生和弱生的学习自主性及各要素都得到了一定的发展。以自然分材教学为理论和形态的教改行动研究,为如何发展学生学习自主性提供了一个范例。在“自主发展”作为中国学生发展核心素养之一的背景下,学校教育要把发展学生学习自主性作为一个重要目标,通过加强教学改革以促进学生学习自主性的长足发展。The overall level of autonomy in learning among middle school students in China is relatively low, and there exists a “distorted” issue where autonomy tends to decrease with increasing grades. How to develop students' learning autonomy has become an urgent research topic. The implementation of “Naturally Individualized Teaching” in five junior middle schools in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces has promoted the development of students' learning autonomy and its various elements. In terms of gender, both femal and female students have experienced certain development in learning autonomy and its various elements, with male students showing a slightly higher level of development than female students. Regarding academic performance, students categorized as high-achievers, average achievers, and low-achievers have all experienced certain development in learning autonomy and its various elements. The action research based on “Naturally Individualized Teaching”, as a theoretical and practical form of educational reform, provides an example of how to develop students' learning autonomy. In the context of “autonomous development” as one of the core competencies for the development of Chinese students, schools should prioritize the development of students' learning autonomy as an important goal. Strengthening educational reforms can significantly contribute to the substantial development of students' learning autonomy.
