摘 要:火车罐车机械清洗废水由于运输介质种类和成分差别较大,具有乳化严重、成分复杂的特点。采用除油系统(三级隔油沉降+蝶式离心机组合)-组合式臭氧气浮-两级过滤(多介质过滤器+精细过滤器)-电吸附联合工艺处理清洗废水,并对工艺流程涉及的主要构筑物和设备进行设计,对处理后出水水质检测分析。工程运行结果表明,该处理工艺对石油类、COD、∑Fe、硫化物的平均去除率分别为99.2%、97.6%、98.9%、100%。Ca^(2+)、Cl^(-)含量去除率分别达到75.7%和70.5%。整体工艺运行稳定可靠,效果良好,产水水质满足《铁路罐车清洗设施设计标准》(GB/T 50507-2019)中表6.1.4~2循环清洗水的补充水指标要求。Train tank car mechanical cleaning wastewater has the characteristics of serious emulsification and complex composition because of the large differences in the types and composition of transport media.The combined process of oil removal system(three-stage oil separation sedimentation+butterfly centrifuge combination)-combined ozone flotation-two stages filtration(multi-media filter+fine filter)-electroadsorption treatment is used to treat cleaning wastewater.The main structures and equipment involved in the process are designed.The water quality of the treated effluent is tested and analyzed.The operation results show that the average removal rates of petroleum,COD,ZFe and sulfide are 99.2%,97.6%,98.9%and 100%,respectively.The removal rates of Ca^(2+)and Cl^(-)reached 75.7%and 70.5%.The overall process is stable and reliable,the effect is good,and the quality of the produced water meets the requirements of the reuse water quality of the Design standard for railuay tank car cleaning facilities(GB/T 50507-2019).The quality of the produced water meets the supplementary water index requirements of tab.6.1.4~2 circulating cleaning water of Design standard for railzeay tank car cleaning facilities(GB/T 50507-2019).
