摘 要:在水务一体化管理趋势下,为了保障水务设施高效运行、提升水系统整体运行效能,探索与设计了智慧调度系统进行厂站网一体化集中控制和调度管理,并在某城市进行实践应用,初步实现了供水厂、污水处理厂、泵站等水务设施的集中控制和管理。实践结果表明,智慧调度系统的实施能够整体提升水务运行管理服务水平,实现城市供排水系统科学、高效、稳定的运行。Under the trend of integrated water management,in order to ensure the efficient operation of water facilities and improve the overall operational efficiency of the water system,smart dispatching system has been explored and designed for integrated centralized control and dispatching management of plant-station-network.It has been applied in practice in a certain city and has preliminarily achieved centralized control and management of water facilities such as water supply plants,sewage plants,and pump stations.The results indicate that the implementation of the smart dispatching system can improve the overall level of water management services and achieve scientific,efficient,and stable operation of urban water supply and drainage systems.
