摘　　要：本文分析了我国挥发性有机物(VOCs)污染控制相关的法律、标准和政策文件,从其历史演变的角度,说明了我国已建立起VOCs污染控制的法律和标准体系,正在根据污染形势的变化,通过出台一系列政策文件明确VOCs污染防治工作任务和安排,为打赢蓝天保卫战提供强有力的政策支撑。This paper analyzes the law,standards and policy documents for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)pollution control from the perspective of its historical evolution,which could explain that China has established a legal and standard system for VOCs pollution control.Based on the changes in pollution situation,a series of policy documents have been issued to clarify the tasks and arrangements of VOCs pollution prevention and control,which provides strong policy support for action of"Winning the Battle of Blue Skies".
