摘 要:从1983年至今,我国在移动源污染防治和环境管理方面开展了大量的工作并取得了显著成效,环境管理体系逐步健全,污染物减排效果显著,污染防治技术快速发展。本文在系统回顾我国移动源污染防治历程的基础上,结合新时期环境空气质量改善和“双碳”目标的新要求,对未来推进移动源相关行业绿色转型与高质量发展提出建议。Since 1983,China has carried out a large amount of works on the prevention and control of mobile source pollution and environmental management,and achieved significant results.The environmental management system has gradually improved,and the effectiveness of pollutant reduction has been significant.Pollution prevention and control technology has developed rapidly.Based on a systematic review of the prevention and control process of mobile source pollution in China,this paper proposes several ideas and suggestions for promoting green transformation and high-quality development of mobile source related industries in the future,combined with the new requirements of improving environmental air quality and achieving"dual carbon"goals in the new era.
