摘  要:本文提出了1种毫米波频段双线极化端射天线。首先,设计了1种低剖面的交错蘑菇型双层间隙波导传输线,可通过3层介质基板压合实现双通道传输功能;然后,基于这种新型传输线设计了1种双线极化端射天线。其中,垂直极化天线由上层传输线进行馈电,延长微带线并加载金属化通孔作为间隙波导到基片集成波导(substrate integrated waveguide,SIW)的过渡结构,并加载寄生贴片实现了良好的阻抗匹配。水平极化天线通过印刷偶极子来实现,由下层传输线进行馈电。2种极化天线交错放置组成双线极化端射天线。最终,该天线垂直极化相对带宽为27.2%,水平极化相对带宽为23.7%。In this paper,a millimeter-wave band dual-linearly polarized endfire antenna is proposed.Firstly,a low-profile staggered mushroom-like double-layer gap waveguide transmission line is designed,which realizes the dual-channel transmission function by stacking the three layers of dielectric substrates.Then,based on this new type of transmission line,a dual-linearly polarized endfire antenna is designed.The vertically polarized antenna is fed by the upper transmission line,using an extended microstrip line and metallic vias as a transition from gap waveguide to substrate integrated waveguide(SIW).Its impedance matching characteristics is improved by using parasitic patches.The horizontally polarized antenna is a printed dipole,which is fed by the lower transmission line.The two polarized antennas are interleaved to form the dual-polarized endfire antenna.As a result,the antenna achieves a vertical polarization with relative bandwidth of 27.2%and a horizontal polarization with relative bandwidth of 23.7%.
