摘  要:本文的雷达频率合成器自动检测设备是针对某型雷达频率合成器的检测及故障诊断需求设计的基于PXI总线的检测设备。由于采用了PXI板卡及模块化的设计架构,该检测设备具备良好的系统开放性和可拓展性。种类丰富的测试接口和功能模块化的测试软件使该检测设备可对被测频率合成器所有组成模块进行故障诊断。本文详细说明了基于PXI总线的雷达频率合成器检测设备的硬件构成和测试软件设计方法,通过设计、生产及测试验证了该检测设备能够准确快速地定位某型雷达频率合成器故障点并反馈故障信息,对于雷达维修员及时处理排除故障,恢复雷达正常功能有着重要的意义。The radar frequency synthesizer automatic test equipment(ATE)in this paper is designed for the measurement and fault diagnosis requirement of a certain radar frequency synthesizer.The ATE has good system openness and scalability due to the use of PXI board and modular design architecture.The hardware composition and software design method of the radar frequency synthesizer ATE based on PXI bus are included in detail in this paper.It is verified that the ATE can accurately and quickly locate the fault point of a certain radar frequency synthesizer and feed back the fault information.It is of great significance for the radar operator to deal with the fault in time and restore the normal function of the radar.
