摘  要:本文提出了1种基于喇叭形金属背腔的超宽带平面螺旋天线。天线辐射部分内层采用等角螺旋,外层采用阿基米德螺旋,并且将等角螺旋馈电端的过渡部分优化成了圆形结构,能够在很宽的频带范围内具有相对稳定的阻抗变化。金属腔部分采用了喇叭形结构,保证了天线的方向图在宽频带内不发生畸变。最终设计的基于喇叭形金属背腔的超宽带平面螺旋天线回波损耗S11<-10dB的阻抗带宽实现了16倍频以上;增益在6 GHz以上频段大于0dBi,其中绝大多数频点大于4dBi;轴比在4~42GHz频带内最大不超过4.5dB。An ultra-wideband planar spiral antenna based on flared metal back cavity is proposed in this paper.The inner layer of the antenna radiator adopts isometric helix while the outer layer adopts Archimedean helix,and the transition part of the isometric helix feed end is optimized into a circular structure,which can possess relatively stable impedance changes in a wide frequency band.The metal cavity adopts the horn structure to ensure that the antenna pattern does not distort in the wide band.The final design of the ultra-wideband planar spiral antenna based on flared metal back cavity realizes the impedance bandwidth of more than 16 times frequency with the return loss of S11<-10 dB.The gain is greater than 0 dBi in the frequency band above 6 GHz,and most of the frequency points are greater than 4 dBi.The maximum axial ratio is not more than 4.5 dB in the 4-42 GHz band.
