摘 要:本文提出1种毫米波单介质透镜加载的高增益喇叭天线设计。通过在传统圆喇叭口面嵌入单层介质透镜的方式调整口面幅度和相位分布,以实现改善圆形喇叭的增益和带宽的作用。提出了基于喇叭天线相位中心设计介质透镜的算法研究,分析了单层介质打孔结构的宽带透波传输和相位调控特性,并利用高介电常数介质打孔结构构造宽带的平面透镜。该结构与传统电磁透镜相比具有平面的结构且易于加工和固定。在W频段上设计单介质透镜加载的高增益喇叭天线实例,仿真结果表明通过加载单介质透镜,圆形喇叭在定向性、增益等性能指标均有显著的改善,仿真结果证明了设计方法的正确性。该设计方法可以进一步推广到亚毫米波、THz频段,成为解决亚毫米波、THz卫星通信、雷达、成像问题的关键。In this paper,a high-gain horn antenna design loaded with millimeter-wave single-dielectric lenses is proposed.By embedding a single-layer dielectric lens in the traditional round horn face,the port amplitude and phase distribution are adjusted to improve the gain and bandwidth of the circular horn.An algorithm for designing dielectric lenses based on the phase center of horn antennas is proposed,the broadband transmission transmission and phase regulation characteristics of single-layer dielectric perforated structures are analyzed,and broadband planar lenses are constructed by using high dielectric constant perforated structures.This structure has a flat structure compared to conventional electromagnetic lenses and is easy to process and fix.A single-dielectric lens-mounted high-gain horn antenna is designed in the W band.The simulation results show that by loading a single-dielectric lens,the circular speaker has significantly improved its directionality,gain and other performance indicators,and the simulation results prove the correctness of the design method.This design method can be further extended to submillimeter wave and THz frequency bands,and become the key to solving submillimeter wave and THz satellite communications,radar,and imaging problems.
